Fewer tools. Faster investigations. One merchant record.
PSPs sit between acquirers and merchants — and pay for the fragmentation in both directions. OneAI is the single operational surface.

Common questions.
How long does deployment take?
Typical PSP deployments hit production in 4–8 weeks depending on integration topology. Sandbox access is available on day one.
Do we need to replace our AML vendor?
OneAI handles sanctions and PEP screening, watchlist, case management, and SAR filing natively. Most PSPs retire the AML tool at cutover.
How does RFI Automation know what to ask?
The template is chosen by the alert type. Chargeback-ratio alerts request different evidence than descriptor-mismatch alerts. Templates are versioned and customisable.
Where do RFIs go?
To the merchant, via a secure response portal. Not email. Evidence lands on the merchant record automatically.
What integrations do you support?
REST push, streaming (Kafka / Kinesis / PubSub), CDC (Debezium / Fivetran / Airbyte), and batch (SFTP / S3). Pre-built connectors for major processors. See the Integrations page.
